WilsonWeb 為美國 The H.W. Wilson 公司製作之網際網路資訊系統，提供多類期刊、傳記及目錄等索摘、全文資料庫。

本中心自 2005 年 1 月 1 日開始，以簽署 National Academic License 的方式引進 WilsonWeb 之 OmniFile Full Text Select，支付 8 個 Concurrent Users 之使用年費 (由本中心負擔 6 個 Concurrent Users 之年費；國家圖書館負擔 2 個 Concurrent Users 之年費)，提供全國大專院校及國家圖書館免費連線使用，使用期限至 2008 年 12 月31 日止。
